Captain Gerald Patrick Huber proudly served his country in the United States Navy, including two deployments to Vietnam as a Communications Officer aboard the USS Cook. He served four years of active duty from 1966 to 1969 before continuing an impressive 24-year career in the United States Navy Reserve, retiring honorably in 1991.

Captain Huber’s lifelong dedication to military service reflected commitment, leadership, and patriotism. His legacy continues to be honored in Hillsboro, where his wife, Anne, still proudly resides.
