Travis Durbin proudly served in the United States Navy from 1991 to 1995 during the era of the Gulf War, including Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Serving at the rank of E-4, he contributed to the strength and readiness of the Navy during an important period in military history. A graduate of Hillsboro High School, he carried the values of hard work, dedication, and service from his hometown into his military career.
